The basics.
What is remote staffing?
It’s a way of hiring dedicated professionals who work within your business day to day, just remotely from South Africa rather than sitting in your office.
Is this outsourcing?
Not in the traditional sense. With outsourcing, you hand something off and hope for the best. With us, you get a dedicated person who works within your team, uses your systems, and is accountable to you directly - day in, day out.
Are placements full time?
Most of our placements are full time, and that’s where we tend to see the best results. That said, if you need something more flexible or part time, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you only support IT roles?
Not at all. A lot of our clients are in the MSP and tech space, but we work across finance, admin, sales, operations, project support, customer service, and EA roles too.

What industries do you support?
We have deep experience in MSP and technology businesses, but we work across many other sectors too. If you need reliable remote staffing, there’s a good chance we can help regardless of your industry.
Working with us.
Can we interview candidates before placement?
Absolutely. We wouldn’t have it any other way. You’re fully involved in the interview and selection process, and nothing is confirmed until you’re happy with your choice.
How quickly can you place someone?
It depends on the role and the level of experience you need, but many positions are filled within a few days to a couple of weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline when we know what you’re looking for.
How do staff integrate into our business?
They work directly within your systems and tools, whether that’s Teams, Slack, your CRM, your ticketing system, or anything else you use. The idea is that they feel like part of your team, because they are.
Do staff use their own equipment?
That’s up to you. Some clients supply equipment, others are comfortable with staff using their own devices under agreed security policies. We’ll talk through what works best for your setup.
How does pricing work?
Pricing varies depending on the role, experience level, hours, and any specialist requirements. Get in touch and we’ll put together a quote that’s specific to what you need.
Logistics.
Who manages HR and payroll?
We do. Employment contracts, HR, payroll, and employee admin all sit with us, so you don’t have to worry about it.
We use Sage HR in the cloud, but if you’d prefer your person to work within your own HR systems, that’s no problem at all, we’re flexible.
Can resources work different time zones or shifts?
Yes, absolutely. We regularly place people into UK, European, US, and other international time zones, including evening shifts, overnight cover, weekends, and out-of-hours support.
Where are your staff based?
All our professionals are based in South Africa. They work remotely for businesses across the UK, Europe, the US, and beyond.
After placement.
What happens if a placement is not the right fit?
It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, we deal with it. We’ll work with both sides to understand what went wrong and sort it out quickly, including finding a replacement if that’s what’s needed.
Do you provide ongoing support after placement?
Yes. We stay in touch with both you and your team member on an ongoing basis. We’re not a set-it-and-forget-it operation; we want things to go well and we’re here if they don’t.
